2017 Get Outdoors PA Festival is this Saturday!
If you love the outdoors, you will enjoy the FREE 2017 Get Outdoors Festival this Saturday, July 22nd!  It is located at Covered Bridge Park Athletic Fields, 4060 River Road, Allentown, PA 18104 and starts at 3:00 pm.  It is hosted by South Whitehall Township.

The third annual Get Outdoors PA Festival presented by Lehigh Valley Greenways Partnership has moved to Lehigh County this year.

The FREE festival will have a variety of hands-on exhibits for all ages, information about local outdoor recreation and environmental education, and activities to interest everyone – live wildlife presentation, archery lessons, stream studies, a covered bridge history walk and more! There will be appearance by Smokey the Bear, Woodsy the Owl, and Della the Mule. The festival is free admission and there will be food available to purchase snacks and dinner from Fired Up!, Vince’s Cheesesteaks, and So Cool Ice Cream food trucks.

The festival is rain or shine and will lead right into a free concert in the park at 7:00pm by The Large Flowerheads so bring your chairs and blankets
