Corporal Seth Kelly is out of the ICU and you can now send him notes of encouragement and holiday wishes
On November 7, 2017 Cpl. Seth Kelly was shot in the line of duty on Route 33 in Plainfield Township. He has now been moved out of the ICU.
News released from Pennsylvania State Police:
From Troop M: Corporal Seth Kelly continues to recover from his injuries related to the shooting incident on November 7. His condition has improved to the point that he has been moved out of the ICU at St. Luke’s hospital. Notes of encouragement and/or holiday wishes may be sent to:
