BETHLEHEM POLICE DEPARTMENT RECEIVE SEVEN SEALS AWARD

On Friday, April 13, 2018, the Bethlehem Police Department was presented with the “Seven Seals Award.” The “Seven Seals Award” is a Department of Defense Award presented in recognition of significant individual or organizational achievement, initiative and support that assists employees who are National Guard and Reserve in their missions and deployments.

The “Seven Seals Award” was presented by ESGR Representative Roslyn Schroeder to Mayor Robert Donchez and Chief of Police Mark DiLuzio. BPD Officer James Apgar, who nominated the City and has been deployed numerous times, was also present for the award. The Bethlehem Police Department currently has six of its Officers serving in National Guard and Reserve Units.

Thank you Officer Apgar and his fellow Officers that serve our country when called upon and also serve the citizens of Bethlehem.
