Dog found in Bethlehem still looking for owner

This pup was found In the 1500 Blk of Kaywin Ave., on September 7, 2023 at approximately 3:00 PM. He is white in color with no collar or tag. He also did not have a chip.

He was transferred to Starting Over Animal Rescue (SOAR).
