We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we do NOT accept returns from any purchases made in our WGOLV Merchandise center.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, email us at info@wgolv.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Refunds
Please note: All sales are final and refunds are not given.
For exchanges on different sizing. After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 30 Days days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the new item shipped. Â
