Man charged for setting a fire at a residence early Monday morning in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa - According to a media release, an Allentown man is being accused of setting a fire early Monday morning in the city.


Allentown Police say that Max Torres Nadal, age 30, set a fire in a building in the 600 block of West Green Street in Allentown shortly before 3:00 am.



Officers responded to the building for a report of a structure fire. and upon arrival, officers located a residential working fire.


After conducting an investigation, Allentown police charged Nadal with starting the fire.


Max Nadal is being charged with arson, aggravated assault, simple assault, attempt to cause injury and harassment, according to the news release.
