Update: This pup has been reunited with her owner (see attached photo).
This dog was found in the 1600 Block of Stefko Blvd., on 10/02/23 at approx. 2:30 PM, according to Bethlehem City PA Animal Control.
The dog is gray and white in color, a female with no collar or tags.
A chip was not located.
