Madonna hospitalized with serious bacterial infection; postponing tour

Madonna has been hospitalized in the ICU with a "serious bacterial infection" and is postponing her tour, according to her manager, Guy Oseary..

"Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care," Oseary wrote on Instagram. "A full recovery is expected."
