National Weather Service Confirms Tornado Touched Down in Part of Allentown on Monday



ALLENTOWN, PA. -


The National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado touched down in part of Allentown after Monday's severe thunderstorms.



The damage seen in the Midway Manor section of the city was due to a tornado, according to the National Weather Service. Numerous people also sent in photos and videos to WGOLV and stated that they saw the funnel cloud.


A storm survey was conducted by the NWS Tuesday.
