Numerous varieties of RITZ cracker sandwiches recalled due to mislabeling issues

Mondelēz Global LLC issued a voluntary recall of numerous varieties of its beloved RITZ Cracker Sandwiches due to mislabeling issues, according to a recent report.
Here's everything you need to know:
The affected products include the following -
8-pack, 20-pack, and 40-pack cartons of RITZ Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches, as well as 20-pack cartons of the RITZ Filled Cracker Sandwich Variety Pack.

These cartons may include individually wrapped packs with incorrect labeling, denoting they are of the Cheese variety instead of the Peanut Butter, according to the recall.

"People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts may risk serious or life-threatening allergic reactions by consuming this product," according to the FDA recall.
The recalled products contain one of the following UPC codes:
0 44000 88210 5, 0 44000 07584 2, 0 44000 07819 5, 0 44000 08095 2, or 0 44000 00211 4, and also contain best when used by dates of Nov. 1, 2025, through Jan. 22, 2026.
According to the recall, there have been no reported incidents of illness or injury associated with the recall to date.

Individuals with a peanut allergy should avoid consuming these products and are advised to dispose of the affected packages.
