SOUTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa - The ramp from I-78 Westbound to 222 Southbound is closed in South Whitehall Township.
A jack-knifed tractor-trailer with a ruptured saddle tank is leaking fuel in the median, according to a report from Lehigh County dispatchers.
The ramp was closed shortly after 9:00 am for recovery.
