SALISBURY TWP., Pa - Both the police and fire department are on the scene in the area of Riverside Drive (Salisbury / Fountain Hill border) after a vehicle went down an embankment and into the river, according to a Facebook post by Salisbury Police Department.
Traffic is expected to be limited for an extended period of time.
