40 Animals found dead and others rescued from N.J. pickup truck

Hampton Township, NJ - Approximately 38 dogs, 8 cats, and at least 40 deceased animals were found inside a run down pick up truck parked behind a strip mall.
An Eleventh Hour Rescue partner called in about the situation and volunteers jumped in to help aid this tragic situation.
The animals were found in deplorable conditions since last Thursday and the stench of the vehicle was noticeable down the road.
Individualized bags containing newborn puppies and kittens were also found at the scene.
The recovered animals have a long road to recovery as they all are in need of medical attention, and most importantly, love and affection.
