911 dispatcher from Lehigh County Emergency Management helps caller delivery healthy baby boy

Another 911 dispatcher from Lehigh County Emergency Management helped deliver a baby boy!

On May 26th, 2023 Andrea took a phone call for a female in active labor.

While on the phone, Andrea provided instructions from PowerPhone while attempting to keeping the caller calm and while helping mom delivery a healthy baby boy.

Once the baby was delivered, she continued to provided prearrival instructions before the ambulance arrived shortly after birth.

Mother and baby were transported to the hospital and are doing well!

Congratulations to all involved and thank you to Andrea and all the 911 communication team for another awesome, safe and healthy baby delivery!
