L.OWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. - A stretch of I-78 West in Northampton County is closed Friday afternoon after a multi-vehicle crash.
The highway is closed between the Hellertown/Bethlehem and Route 145 north-South Fourth Street exits.
All lanes are closed, according to WFMZ News.
