RICHMOND TWP., Pa. - According to WFMZ News, at least one individual has died following a crash involving a tractor-trailer and several vehicles on Route 222 in Berks County on Monday morning.
According to officials, the accident occurred shortly before 11:00 a.m. near the Kutztown Road overpass on Route 222 in Richmond Township.
The Berks County Coroner's Office confirmed that they were called to the scene of the crash, but has not said how many victims there are.
Officials say that multiple people have been ejected, but the extent of the injuries of all who are involved is currently unknown.
