WEST ROCKHILL TWP., Pa. - Two Bucks County parents are facing charges of endangering their children.
Police responded to the home of Crystal and Shane Robertson in West Rockhill Township for an unrelated call last month, but quickly learned six of the seven children who lived in the house were clinically malnourished. Officers with the Pennridge Regional Police Department searched the home on Roseann Ln. on April 23.
We talked with the man who lives directly next door. He did not want to be identified, but he remembered seeing the kids.
