Beltzville Lake Beach reopens for swimming after closing on Wednesday

LEHIGHTON, Pa. - According to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Beltzville Lake Beach has now reopened to swimmers as of Thursday.
The beach was closed indefinitely Wednesday until the water could be tested.

According to the DCNR, the beach's reopening became effective after "acceptable test results" were received and the Pennsylvania Department of Health approved it.
