Car fire closes Route 22 West in Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A car caught fire Sunday afternoon on Route 22 West in Bethlehem.


According to Lehigh County dispatchers, U.S. 22 West between Route 378 South to Airport Road was closed in Hanover Township.

The fire was reported around 1:40 p.m. and was located at milekarer 324.2.

The Bethlehem Fire Department was first on the scene followed by Allentown


According to dispatchers, no one was injured in the fire, and impacted only one vehicle, according to WFMZ News.
