Crews from Berks and Lancaster counties are on the scene of a 3-alarm barn fire in the southern section of Spring Township Monday afternoon.
The fire was discovered shortly before 10:30 a.m. and reported by Berks County emergency dispatchers.

According to the Reading Eagle, the fire is located at 137 Goose Lane, between Sage Drive and Chapel Hill Road, about 1 mile west of the Route 222 Gouglersville interchange.
According to reports, the barn is used for storing equipment.
Tankers were filling at a hydrant at nearby Shiloh Hills Elementary School.
