The holiday tree lighting event at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley will take place on Saturday, November 18th from 5-9 pm.
They will be welcoming Santa Claus along with a night full of music and festivities.
Rain date: Sunday, November 19th from 3-7 pm
Event Schedule:
5:00 PM: Santa Claus arrives at Town Square, escorted by Upper Saucon Township Volunteer Fire Department
5:30 - 7:30 PM: Enjoy a variety of activities and performances throughout the center or get your photo with Santa by Dan's Camera City. The Grinch will also be making a special appearance!
Performances at Town Square: 5:30 - 5:50 PM: Southern Lehigh High School 6 - 6:15 PM: Move N Play 6:25 - 6:45 PM: Faith Christian Academy 6:50 - 7:05 PM: In2YouArts 7:10 - 8 PM: Laura Williams of The Voice
Performances in the street in between Red Robin and Batch Microcreamery: 5:30 - 6 PM: Willow Park Dance Academy 6:10 - 6:30 PM: Allegro Dance Studios LLC Belly Dancing 6:35 - 6:50 PM: Divergent Dance Company
Activities at the Breezeway (In between Go! Calendars and Brooks Brothers): 5 - 8 PM: Write your letter to Santa and do a fun Christmas craft with Macaroni Kid Bethlehem PA
Activities at The Patio: 5:30 - 8:30: Performance by The Flying Ivories Dueling Pianos 5 - 9 PM: Turning Point Restaurants will be open for counter service coffee and hot chocolate
Sip & Shop (located in front of Altar'd State) | 5 - 9 PM: HiJinx Brewing Company Stone Farm Cellars and Vineyard Five Maidens Cider Company
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Food Truck | 5 - 9 PM
The Red Robin Food Truck will be located across from Altar'd State for guests to grab a bite to eat during the festivities!
8 PM: Santa Claus will help light the tree for the Holiday season!
Important Event Details:
Several roads and parking areas will be shut down all day for this event.
Additional parking for the event will be available across the street at Penn State Lehigh Valley.
They encourage groups of attendees to carpool together if possible.
There will be standing room only in Town Square for the lighting of the tree.
No blankets, chairs or other items are permitted in the area.
Open until 9PM: Attendees can stroll through the shopping center, Candy Cane Lane and The Market. by atls. during and after the event for in-store holiday shopping.
They also encourage advance reservations if you are interested in dining at one of their restaurants. (Please note: some store hours may vary)
