Kutztown police seek help locating two individuals who graffitied several businesses

KUTZTOWN, Pa - The Kutztown Borough Police Department is looking for two individuals who graffitied several businesses, among other things around midnight on Wednesday, April 10.
The two were first spotted in the 100 block of Constitution Blvd near Santander and walked back in that direction after painting the town, according to police.
