ALLENTOWN, Pa - It's race weekend in the City of Allentown.
The St. Luke's Half Marathon & 5K is scheduled for Sunday (4/27), affecting several roads from 7 am to 1 pm.
No parking/towing begins at 4 am, according to the city.
