PORTLAND, Pa - The man found dead in a drainage basin located within the Portland Industrial Park at Ultra-Poly Corporation has been identified.
According to the Northampton County Coroner’s Office, the man found on Saturday, March 9, 2024 is identified as 43-year-old Jeffrey R Delp of Upper Mount Bethel Township.
He was discovered in the drainage basin located at 102 Demi Road in Portland Borough, according to the coroner's office.
The cause of death was determined to be drowning, and the manner of death ruled an accident.
WFMZ said that OSHA is investigating the death of the worker on the property.
No further information is being released at this time.
