During the late evening and overnight hours, escaped murderer, Danelo Cavalcante was reportedly seen in the northern Chester County area near Phoenixville, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Calvalcante changed his appearance is now clean-shaven and was seen wearing a yellow or green hooded sweatshirt, black baseball-style hat, green prison pants, and white shoes.
He was operating a white 2020 Ford Transit van according to Pennsylvania State Pollice which has now been recovered, but unoccupied, according to the Caernarvon Township Police Department.
The Pennsylvania State Police are holding a news conference today.
