ALLENTOWN, Pa - The Allentown Police are asking for the public's help in identifying an individual involved in a theft.
On March 7, 2024, the male in the photo below entered the Wawa located at 1501 Gordon Street and approached the register with miscellaneous food items, according to police.

Police say the man asked for Newport Cigarettes. He then fled the store after grabbing them out of the clerk's hand along with the food, according to police.
Police say the man then entered the newer model black SUV (photo above). The vehicle did not appear to display a registration plate, according to police.
