Police investigate shooting in Easton

EASTON, Pa. - Part of Easton was shut down while police investigated gunfire earlier this evening, according to WFMZ News.


The shooting took place in the 1000 block of Butler Street, according to Lehigh County dispatchers.



According to Channel 69 News report, it appears no one was hit at this time, according to police.

Officers were seen focusing their attention on an SUV in the area, according to the article.


It's not clear what may have led to the gunfire.
