ALLENTOWN, Pa - On Monday, September 15th, 2025, around 8:30 am, officers from the Allentown Police Department were dispatched to Trexler Middle School following a report of a bomb threat.
Working in conjunction with Allentown School District staff and security, the Allentown Police
Department along with the Allentown Fire Department, conducted a sweep of the school
packages were located through a search of the building and grounds, according to police.

Police say the bomb threat was determined to be false.
Based on the subsequent response and investigation by the Allentown Police Youth Division, a juvenile male student was identified as the suspect of the bomb threat.
The juvenile was taken into custody without incident and charged with Terroristic Threats.
As in every criminal case, the fact that a warrant has been issued or a complaint has been
filed is merely an accusation; and the defendant in this case is presumed innocent until and
unless proven guilty.
