Police seek help locating 13-year-old boy from York

York, Pa - The York City Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing juvenile.


13-year-0ld Dy Qual Harris was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12, in the 400 block of South Pershing Avenue, according to police.

Harris is described as being about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with a skinny build and short dreads.


Police say he was last seen wearing a brown hoodie, jeans, with black '97 sneakers with green in them.
