Pray for Max: Orange for number 4

On Friday evening, Max Engle, a Jersey Shore Area Senior High School student-athlete collapsed towards the end of a varsity football game at Selinsgrove High School, according to the school district, and was taken by field by ambulance to the hospital. At this time, his condition has rapidly declined, according to the district and the medical prognosis is not good.

Please keep Max and his family in your prayers as well as all medical personnel caring for him.

The hallways of the JSAMS were full of support today with students and staff wearing Orange for # 4!

Tomorrow evening, Allentown Central Catholic Vikings football team will be wearing orange bands in support of Max at their football game (as long as they arrive in time prior to the game). They will be playing against Freedom High School at BASD stadium.
