A flood watch remains in effect until 2 am Tuesday for much of the region, according to the National Weather Service.

A few isolated severe thunderstorms with damaging winds are possible, according to the Weather Service, but the main threat will be flash flooding of urbanized and poor drainage areas, small streams, and creeks.

There will be chances of showers and thunderstorms each day this week.

Remain alert for changing weather conditions, and have a reliable, trustworthy source to receive warnings should they be issued.

Please remember to NEVER drive through flooded roads - Turn Around, Don't Drown.
