Earlier today, Spring Garden Elementary School had been on lockdown according to a WGOLV community reporter and later confirmed by WFMZ News. Our WGOLV community reporter stated that there was police activity in the area of the school.
The elementary school was on lockout status for approximately one hour due to a disturbance in the 2400 block of Linden Street shortly before 2:00 p.m., according to the WFMZ news report.
Police secured the area, according to WFMZ, and investigated the complaint, but they say nothing was found and no arrests were made.
