State Police advise public on upcoming traffic disruptions for Saturday ahead of Trump rally

North Whitehall Twp., Pa - The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop M –

Bethlehem is advising the public of anticipated traffic disruptions on Saturday, April 13, 2024,

throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Former President Donald Trump will be visiting the Lehigh Valley that day, according to his campaign website.

Trump will deliver remarks at Schnecksville Fire Hall in North Whitehall Township with doors opening at 3:00 pm.

State Police are advising the public to anticipate traffic delays and intermittent road closures

throughout the day between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm in the following areas:

 State Route 22 both Eastbound and Westbound

 State Route 309 both Northbound and Southbound (to the area of State Route 873)

 Old Packhouse Road in Schnecksville

It is anticipated these traffic disruptions will cause secondary roads throughout the region to also be impacted.

Message signs will be located throughout the area with instructions to motorists on traffic

conditions.

Motorists are encouraged to utilize www.511pa.com to follow the most up-to-date travel

conditions throughout the region.

If you plan on attending the rally, you may only register up to (2) tickets per mobile number per event.
