Want to be in a large background scene for Saint Nick of Bethlehem? Here is your opportunity

If you missed being part of the first crowd scene of Saint Nick of Bethlehem starring Bethlehem native, Daniel Roebuck, here is your opportunity.

Roebuck began filming his newest feature film in Lehigh Valley's own Christmas City, USA back in December 2023 at the historic Hotel Bethlehem.

On Tuesday, April 16 they will film the last big background scene, but this time on Washington Avenue in Northampton, PA.

The film, "Saint Nick of Bethlehem" is based on the true story of a man who found purpose in adopting a Santa Claus persona after a family tragedy.

After hearing that the Hallmark Channel was filming a movie about Bethlehem in another country, they decided to make this movie in the heart of our own Christmas City.

Details:

What to wear: Come dressed in winter coats - Christmas accents encouraged - no logos or writing on your clothing and be prepared to be in the film!

Time: 7:30 pm

Location: 717 Washington Avenue Northampton, PA - near the Alliance Volunteer Fire Company

Please be certain to give yourself ample time to find parking. Look for the crowd of people.

Roebuck, a 40-year veteran of Hollywood, has appeared in nearly 150 films and over 300 television episodes. In addition to acting, he writes, produces, and directs. He made three of his first four films as director in the Lehigh Valley - the last two through his non-profit A Channel of Peace.
