On Monday evening a 15-year-old boy from Allentown was tragically hit and killed in Whitehall Township.
Emmaunel Gboyah was hit by a car at the intersection of MacArthur Road (Route 145) and Mickley Road.
The boy's death was ruled an accident and the cause was blunt force injuries due to a pedestrian/motor vehicle collision, according to a press release Wednesday from Lehigh County Coroner, Daniel Buglio.
Dozens of people gathered at the intersection Tuesday night to remember the boy, who was an eighth-grader at Trexler Middle School, according to the Allentown School District.
No charges have been filed in connection with the crash, according to Channel 69 News.
